Good morning, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of HLS Therapeutics, Inc. Thank you to everyone for your attendance today. My name is Ryan Lennox. I'm the Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President, Legal, HR, and Compliance of HLS.
