EXCLUSIVE: Ahead of this Friday’s release of Lucky Strike, his new World War II drama for Roadside Attractions and Saban Films, Scott Eastwood has signed with Verve for representation. The agency will work with Eastwood to continue expanding his film and television career as both an actor and producer, including developing original projects for the marketplace.

Directed by Rod Lurie, Lucky Strike follows Eastwood’s John Castle, a wounded American soldier who finds himself trapped behind enemy lines during the Battle of the Bulge. Colin Hanks and Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor also star.

Previously, Eastwood appeared opposite Allison Williams and Dave Franco in the Josh Boone-helmed Paramount film Regretting You, based on the bestselling novel by Colleen Hoover.

Over the course of his career, Eastwood has worked across both studio and independent films, including with such acclaimed filmmakers as Guy Ritchie (Wrath of Man), David Ayer (Fury, Suicide Squad), F. Gary Gray (The Fate of the Furious), and Oliver Stone (Snowden). He broke out in the lead role of Fox 2000’s adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ The Longest Ride, directed by George Tillman Jr.

Additional film credits include Lurie’s war drama The Outpost; Steven S. DeKnight’s Pacific Rim: Uprising for Legendary; Ariel Vromen’s 1992 opposite the late Ray Liotta and Tyrese Gibson; and Jason Orley’s Amazon comedy I Want You Back, opposite Charlie Day, Gina Rodriguez and Jenny Slate.
