London, UK, Thursday 04 September - With accessibility under growing regulatory and commercial scrutiny, leading accessibility consultancy TetraLogical has today launched a new series of online self-led training courses to provide digital teams with a practical, scalable way to build capability in accessibility, whether they’re just getting started or want to reinforce existing knowledge.
Designed to fit around busy schedules and real-world project work, the courses are created by internal accessibility specialists and informed by lived experience of disability. They can be accessed through TetraLogical’s own fully accessible learning platform or delivered via an organisation’s own LMS.
The courses form part of TetraLogical’s broader commitment to sustainable and inclusive digital practice. With a strong focus on learning in the flow of work, they are intended to support long-term capability-building, not just short-term compliance.
TetraLogical’s self-led courses provide structured, practical learning across key accessibility topics. Learners move at their own pace and can return to materials as needed, making the courses ideal for:
All content is designed using learning experience design (LXD) principles to accommodate a wide range of learning styles, needs, and roles. The courses include text, video, images, quizzes, and reflection exercises, fully accessible and inclusive by default.
The courses exist to address a common challenge for organisations: how to embed accessibility skills without disrupting delivery. The courses also aim to build organisational capability and promote consistency across teams, helping new starters get up to speed quickly, and minimising knowledge gaps when team members join or move on.
Léonie Watson, Co-Founder at TetraLogical, said:
One of the most common concerns we hear from businesses looking to embed accessibility into their workflows is that they struggle to find time for training, especially when they’re already stretched. Our self-led courses are designed to work with that reality, not against it. They’re flexible, accessible, and focused on helping people apply accessibility in their everyday roles, and are created to be low-cost and repeatable.
The intention of each course is to build confidence by helping teams apply what they’ve learned in real scenarios, whether that’s designing interfaces, writing content, or testing code. Our goal is to make accessibility something people feel equipped to do every day, even when deadlines are tight and resources are limited. That’s where lasting change happens.
The courses form part of a wider learning offering from TetraLogical, with a series of blended training programmes set to launch later this year. More information about the self-led training courses.
