Pete and Elsie, 30, welcomed Scottie on Dec. 12, 2025. The pair named their baby girl after Pete's late dad Scott Davidson—a New York City firefighter who died during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks—as well as a special place that's close to their hearts.

"She was conceived in Scotland," Pete told Elite Daily in January, with Elsie calling Scottie's moniker “an early favorite."

"We always knew that was the one we were going to come back to, because it was the most meaningful," she continued. “It's also so cute."

But during her early days of postpartum, Elsie faced several medical setbacks. She had her wisdom tooth removed just one day after giving birth, before contracting food poisoning two months later.

"I am extremely nauseous / was throwing up last night,” Elsie wrote on Instagram Stories in February after rushing to the emergency room. “Haven't slept / have chills everywhere and EVERYTHING HURTS.”

"My legs are like spasming?” she continued at the time, “I feel like they're gonna fly off my body they're so restless all below the waist.”

Still, Elsie—who also experienced painful complications during her pregnancy due to endometriosis—has been relishing every moment of motherhood. In fact, she recently quipped that she "cracked the code" after mastering a bottle-feeding technique with Scottie.

"I exhaled. I embraced the quiet," she wrote in the forward of Tommee Tippee's Feeding Made Simple Guide, released earlier in May. "I smelled her head. I wept."
