He was over the moon!

Newly minted trillionaire Elon Musk marked SpaceX’s stellar IPO with the employees who helped steer the mission.

“Elon celebrated the IPO at Starbase last Friday,” a source told Page Six, referring to SpaceX’s rocket launch facility in southern Texas.

“He’s low-key a man of the people and wants to chill with other engineers,” the source added, explaining that Musk wanted to be with the people who helped launch the company’s success.

The Tesla founder, 52, was photographed with siblings Kimball and Tosca Musk at the festivities, according to a post on X.

That night, several SpaceX executives toasted their achievements at ritzy members club Zero Bond in NoHo, where we’re told there was plenty of glamour and entertainment. Prior to that, they partied at the JP Morgan Headquarters.

Meanwhile, employees of xAI, a subsidiary of the rocket company, gathered for cocktails and dancing at The Yacht Club in Chelsea.

A spokesperson for SpaceX did not immediately respond to Page Six for comment.

Musk became the world’s first trillionaire last Friday after SpaceX’s historic public debut became the largest IPO in Wall Street history.

That day, the company began trading on the Nasdaq, closing the day at $161.11—19% higher than its IPO target price of $135 and valuing the company at more than $2 trillion.

The staggering feat secured SpaceX’s spot as the sixth most valuable company in the world.

“That’s what SpaceX is all about — it’s to take the fiction out of science fiction and create an exciting, inspiring future for everyone,” Musk said after ringing a ceremonial stock market bell at Starbase.

He then told the public, “SpaceX wants to be able to take you to the moon, take you to Mars and ultimately beyond.”

SpaceX shares have continued to soar, jumping nearly 20% Monday in its first full day of trading.

The aerospace powerhouse, founded in 2002 by Musk, designs rockets, spacecraft and satellite internet systems and has a long-term goal of enabling humans to live on other planets.

Musk remains the richest person in the world, followed by Google co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin in second and third place, respectively. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos ranks fourth, while Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg rounds out the top five.
