Ex-JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana dealt major blow in ‘sex ...

Ex-JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana’s lawyer got the green light to dump his client – but the attorney will now have to disclose to JPMorgan if any false claims were made in his ex-client’s explosive sex-assault lawsuit.

Daniel Kaiser’s motion to withdraw from repping Rana in his bombshell “sex slave” lawsuit was approved Tuesday during a brief hearing in Manhattan Supreme Court.

Kaiser, who previously repped Jeffrey Epstein accusers, first requested to withdraw from the case in late May, though it remains unclear why.

But, the judge on Tuesday also ordered Kaiser — who was absent from the hearing — to submit disclosures of any false statements his client may have made in his April lawsuit, which alleged 35-year-old Rana was sexually abused by his JP Morgan manager, 37-year-old Lorna Hajdini.

JPMorgan and Hajdini have called the claims “fabrication.”

The lawyer’s request to withdraw was granted without opposition from JP Morgan’s legal team, who asked the judge for the stipulations to address the alleged “false evidence in the defense docket.”

They cited two examples: that Rana falsely claimed in the documents that his mother runs a New York State licensed daycare — but said in a later interview that she runs it from her home in Virginia; the other involved possibly prejudicial details about settlement negotiations with JP Morgan.

Rana’s lawsuit went viral online after its April filing, with the court documents alleging in lewd detail how Hajdini supposedly drugged him to make her his personal sex slave after he joined her team in 2024.

“I bet your little Asian, fish head wife doesn’t have these cannons,” one line from the lawsuit read, which was parroted across social media for weeks.

Other claims detailed Rana crying as Hajdini forced herself on him – sometimes in their JPMorgan office – and an incident of her allegedly forcing her way into his apartment and refusing to leave until he had sex with her.

Rana’s suit said he would submit to her advances because she was his manager at work, and that he feared she would destroy his career if he didn’t give in.

Hajdini categorically denied the allegations, calling them completely fabricated.

JP Morgan echoed her denial, also saying Rana’s allegations were made up.

Rana moved to pull the plug on the suit earlier in June, with his legal team claiming the original suit had left out federal violations like race discrimination, retaliation and interference with medical and family leave.

His new legal team has indicated intent to refile the case in federal court, which Hadjini and JP Morgan’s teams have sought to block.
