<p>I wonder if I should make an alias wrapping &#39;git clone&#39;, which detects when its first two arguments are also &#39;git clone&#39; and quietly ignores them, because I typed &#39;git clone [paste]&#39; and the thing I pasted was an example git clone command instead of a plain URL.</p>
