The 2025 Annual Report tells the story of a year defined by progress, collaboration, and impact across the global payments community. From adapting how we deliver standards and programs, to strengthening stakeholder collaboration, expanding global representation, and addressing evolving technologies like AI, this report highlights how PCI SSC advanced our mission to protect the payment ecosystem.

As our Executive Director, Gina Gobeyn, reflects in the opening letter, the pace of change in payments continues to accelerate — and so do the threats.
