一个 IIS 导出的 SSL 安全证书，如名叫：test.pfx
它包含密码，比如叫：123456
如何用 powershell 将他导到另一台服务器上呢？
因为操作系统是 windows core 模式，没有视窗界面，然后卡在这上面了，呜呜，求大佬帮忙。

powershell 玩转 自签名证书 makecert.exe 是旧版 win 中创建自己签名证书的工具。这个工具在 powershell 中已经废弃，并由 New-SelfSignedCertificate 命令代替。
此命令属于 pki 模块，win8 及以上 win 可用。win7 的话，即使安装 powershell5.0 也没有此命令。 get-command -module pki
