1、分别解压后把FCKeditor2.6.4.zip(http://www.fckeditor.net/download)里的fckeditor目录
整个复制到网站中。
2、解压FCKeditor.Net_2.6.3.zip(http://www.fckeditor.net/download)包后在

FCKeditor.Net_2.6.3\bin\Debug目录里找到FredCK.FCKeditorV2.dll

。其他文件没用，把FredCK.FCKeditorV2.dll复制到我们的网站，建立

一个Bin目录。(注意 .dll文件要有everyone用户权限)(.xml文件有写

权限)
3、引用FredCK.FCKeditorV2.dll（解决方案资源管理器/右键/添加引

用/浏览）
4、导入工具箱（工具箱最下方   点击“选择项”/.net framework）
5、配置Web.Config

6、修改fckeditor/fckconfig.js文件
