Chainalysis is excited to announce support for Cronos, an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain. Cronos Network is a purpose-built settlement layer for stablecoins and tokenized assets. It delivers deterministic finality, 24/7 settlement, and custody and compliance integrations designed to support institutional use cases. Supported by Crypto.com, it is also the network powering the Cronos app, a mobile-first platform where people trade tokenized stocks, crypto, and prediction markets from one account.

With this integration, Chainalysis support extends beyond the native CRO token to include automatic coverage for new fungible and non-fungible tokens deployed to Cronos that adhere to major token standards such as ERC-20 and ERC-721. As new tokens are deployed, they are designed to be added to our platform automatically, without manual intervention.

Customers can now monitor Cronos tokens through Chainalysis KYT (Know Your Transaction) with actionable alerts and continuous monitoring. Cronos support is also integrated into our entity screening products and our flagship investigations tool, Reactor. This enables customers to track fund flows across Cronos tokens, investigate transactions, visualize money movements, and identify potential illicit activity.
