Based in Southern Maryland, this full-time position provides a combination of in-office work and onsite support for local business clients. A company vehicle is provided for business travel.

What You’ll Do
As a Systems Administrator / IT Analyst, you will provide technical support and network administration for a variety of business environments. Responsibilities include:
- Installing, configuring, and supporting Windows servers and workstations
- Providing onsite and remote technical support
- Managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID), and Active Directory environments
- Supporting Hyper-V virtual server environments
- Troubleshooting networking, firewall, and connectivity issues
- Implementing security best practices and virus protection solutions
- Assisting with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot deployments
- Documenting systems and maintaining accurate records
- Delivering outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant IT certifications such as:
- CompTIA A+
- Network+
- Microsoft Certifications
- Experience with:
- Windows Server 2019 or newer
- Windows 10 & Windows 11
- Hyper-V
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Microsoft 365
- Network security and firewalls
- Remote and onsite troubleshooting
- Antivirus and endpoint protection
- Understanding of:
- LAN/WAN networking
- Networking protocols and standards
- Office productivity applications
Preferred Experience
- Microsoft Intune
- Windows Autopilot
- PowerShell or other scripting/automation experience

Work Location
This is an in-office position with scheduled onsite support for clients throughout the Southern Maryland region.
