Tomasz comes into the role with a development background as a leader with proven results. He has led the team building an execution client, Nethermind, that has grown to become one of the largest in the Ethereum ecosystem, and successfully expanded from a project to a thriving, global company. At Nethermind, Tomasz has built up an extremely effective talent recruitment and training pipeline, and a highly functional organization. With Tomasz’s expertise, we can create the same kind of engine at the Ethereum Foundation.
Tomasz will continue to be involved in Nethermind, but is in the process of transitioning out of his CEO position.
