Genells Littlefield · 2026-07-02 · via Human Risk Management Blog

Can you believe it? It’s here — three years of KnowBe4 Community!

When we launched this community three years ago, our vision was simple: create a space where our customers could connect and collaborate. Fast forward to today, we have a thriving community of almost 30,000 members from around the world, showing up every day to share, learn and shape what KnowBe4 becomes next.

As we celebrate this milestone, we want to express our gratitude for our customers' participation in making the community thrive. Let's look back at some highlights from year three and what made it so special!

Data Highlights

  • 30,000+ members registered
  • 15,008+ posts created*
  • 12,800+ replies exchanged between members*

  • On-demand language translations
  • Successful beta programs with some of our newest releases like AIDA Orchestration and the KnowBe4 Academy
  • Customer recognition program, the Sharky Awards, is now available only in the community to celebrate the organizations and individuals for excellence and unique approaches in securing the digital workforce, both humans and AI agents.

Looking Forward

Based on our three-year learnings, we're focused on:

  • Deeper product connections: Strengthening the bridge between community conversations and the teams building the products you use
  • Expanded global presence: Growing our reach and representation across regions and languages
  • Super Users and community recognition: Investing in members that are active in the community and rewarding their success
  • More beta moments: Community members will still get priority early access and direct influence on what product updates are next

This community has become an incredible resource hub for peer support with engaging discussions, all thanks to our customers! Our members' innovative ideas and willingness to share security experiences with new ways to secure the digital workforce, including both humans and AI, have created something truly special.

Here's to continued collaboration in cybersecurity and a very happy birthday to our growing professional family!
