Shubman Gill’s serene century trumped Vaibhav Sooryavanshi’s explosive brilliance as Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals by seven wickets in New Chandigarh on May 29 to advance to the IPL 2026 final.

Gill scored his ton from 47 deliveries with 15 fours and four sixes, while Sooryavanshi’s 47-ball 96 was studded with eight fours and seven sixes. B. Sai Sudharsan also impressed with 58, while Jason Holder was the pick of the bowlers with two for 27.

GT will now face Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the final on May 31.
