Navi UPI has signed an agreement with Indian Premier League (IPL) team Sunrisers Hyderabad to become its official payments partner for the upcoming T20 season. This year’s IPL season is set to kick off on March 28.
Bengaluru-based Navi UPI enables users to make instant payments, manage daily transactions, and track spending seamlessly through a fully digital, app-based experience.
“Cricket today is followed moment by moment in real time, and that’s the same expectation people now have from their daily payments. With Navi UPI, we’re bringing the same speed and ease to making payments without compromise,” Rajiv Naresh, MD and CEO, Navi Limited (formerly Navi Technologies Limited), said in a statement on Thursday.
“At Sunrisers Hyderabad, our focus has always been on delivering a strong and consistent experience for our fans, both on and off the field. Partnerships like these allow us to enhance that experience by bringing greater convenience and simplicity into everyday moments,” K Shanmugam, CEO of Sunrisers Hyderabad, said.
