SpaceX ​aims for 10,000 ‌annual launches within ​five ⁠years, the head of the Federal Aviation ‌Administration said Wednesday.

FAA Administrator ‌Bryan ‌Bedford ⁠said he ⁠met with SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell, who ​told ‌him of the company's audacious goal.

Bedford said she told ‌him "about the ​SpaceX five-year vision to get ⁠to 10,000 launches a year." ‌Bedford said at a forum he does not think the ‌FAA is the ​issue to boost launches currently. "I ⁠don't think today ⁠we're the limiting ‌factor."
