The Kote police in Shivamogga arrested two persons for allegedly obstructing the traffic police personnel from discharging their duties on Monday.
According to the police, the traffic assistant sub-inspector, Manjunath, and constable, Santhosh, who were managing the traffic at Gandhi Bazar, stopped a motorcyclist who was not wearing a helmet.
