A 26-year-old man was allegedly murdered by a group of his friends following prior enmity near Aranthangi in Pudukottai district. The accused had buried the body too.
The victim, Vignesh, 26, son of Krishnan from Thirunalur North village, had visited his in-laws’ house at Avanathankottai on April 28. According to the police, a group of his acquaintances came to the house and took him away on the same day. He did not return home thereafter.
