The Delhi High Court on Thursday (April 23, 2026) asked AAP leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and Sanjay Singh, as well as Congress leader Digvijay Singh and others, to respond to a plea seeking contempt action against them for allegedly uploading and sharing clips of the High Court hearing.
A Bench of Justice V. Kameswar Rao and Justice Manmeet P.S. Arora issued a notice to them on the petition by advocate Vaibhav Singh and directed social media platforms to take down the videos of the April 13 hearing regarding the former Chief Minister’s plea seeking the recusal of Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma in the liquor policy case.
