As many as 106 couple entered the wedlock at the 54th annual free mass wedding ceremony held at the Amritvarshini Sabha Bhavana at Godhooli Lagna in Dharmasthala on Wednesday.
In the morning, Pattadhikari D. Veerendra Heggade and the family distributed a dhoti and shawl to grooms and a saree, nose ring and blouse to brides. At 5 p.m., brides and grooms were taken in a procession from Sri Manjunathaswamy Temple to the wedding venue.
