The Supreme Court on Friday (April 24, 2026) declined to entertain a plea by Indrani Mukerjea, an accused in the murder of her daughter Sheena Bora, for permission to travel abroad.
A Bench headed by Justice M.M. Sundresh told senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani and advocate Sana Raees Khan, appearing for Ms. Mukerjea, to approach the trial court where the case was pending.
