On a winter morning in 2013, sporting his then signature Gandhi cap and regular blue sweater, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal took oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi.
Mr. Kejriwal had taken the metro to reach the oath-taking ceremony at Ramlila Maidan in the heart of the Capital, a place where AAP was born out of the India Against Corruption (IAC) movement, barely 13 months before.
