The parish hall of the 215-year-old St. John’s Cathedral at Cantonment in Tiruchi was rededicated on Tuesday after renovation.
The restoration work, undertaken over the past couple of months, has revived the century-old hall located adjacent to the cathedral. The hall had remained unused for several years, though it once hosted Malayalam worship services. It was built in 1911 to commemorate the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary.
