The Malkajgiri traffic police booked 627 cases and collected fines amounting to ₹4,38,900 during a special enforcement drive against the use of tinted glass and black films on vehicles on Tuesday.
The drive, conducted across Traffic Zone-1, targeted violations of Supreme Court guidelines and provisions under the Motor Vehicles Act. Traffic personnel from many police stations participated, with enforcement closely monitored at the division level.
