The countdown to Kollam’s election results will begin at 8 a.m. on May 4, marking the start of the tally for all 11 constituencies. The process will be conducted across two main locations: St. Aloysius Higher Secondary School and Christ Raj Higher Secondary School. A total of 1,125 personnel have been deployed for counting duties in the district.

For the electronic voting machine (EVM) count, 220 counting supervisors and 220 counting assistants have been appointed. For the postal and service ballot count, 118 counting supervisors and 229 counting assistants have been assigned. Additionally, 220 micro-observers will be stationed at the EVM tables, while 118 will oversee the postal and service ballot tables.
