The High Court of Karnataka on Monday refused to quash a criminal case registered against a 28-year-old man who was filming voyeuristic videos of women inside Bengaluru metro and posting them on an anonymous Instagram page called metro_chicks.
Justice M. Nagaprasanna passed the order while dismissing the petition filed by B.K. Diganth, who had challenged the legality of the registration of a criminal case.
