Students appearing for the Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (DEECET) will be able to download their hall tickets through the MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot platform from 10 a.m. on May 15, the Telangana government’s Electronic Service Delivery division announced on Thursday.
The DEECET examination is scheduled to be held on May 21 and May 22.
Students can access their hall tickets by sending a message to the official MeeSeva WhatsApp number, following which they will be required to enter details - including payment ID, application number, mobile number and date of birth to receive the document instantly.
Officials said the initiative is aimed at enabling quicker and more secure access to examination-related services for students and parents across the State.
The service is part of the expansion of the MeeSeva WhatsApp chatbot platform, launched on November 18, 2025, as an additional digital channel for delivering government services.
According to the Electronic Service Delivery division, the platform has witnessed significant public adoption since its launch, with services such as birth certificates, income certificates, police challans, electricity bill payments and examination-related services among the most frequently accessed.
