The selection follows an intensive three-month evaluation and their standout performance at the Republic Day Camp (RDC) 2026 in New Delhi.
Velaga Mohit Mourya, a B.A. Psychology Honours student, demonstrated exceptional leadership and mental endurance, earning a spot in the prestigious Prime Minister’s Rally.
Swarna Kolagotla, a B.Tech Computer Science Engineering student who began her NCC journey in school, was recognized for her discipline and drill precision through a rigorous multi-level screening process.
The Youth Exchange Program remains a flagship initiative of the NCC, designed to foster global perspectives, diplomatic exchange, and mutual understanding between India and friendly nations.
