In view of the state mourning declared by the State government following the demise of Minister for Planning and Statistics D. Sudhakar, the Sound and Light Show scheduled to be held at Mysuru palace on May 11 and 12 has been cancelled.

A statement here from Deputy Director of Mysuru Palace Board said the illumination of the palace scheduled for Sunday too had been cancelled. The show scheduled from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. too has been cancelled.

However, the show will resume as usual from May 13, noted the statement from the Deputy Director of Mysuru Palace Board.
