Tech Mahindra, the IT arm of Mahindra Group on Thursday (April 30, 2026) acquired a Canadian IT services firm, Avant Techno Solutions (Alluri Technologies Inc) in an all cash deal.
The acquisition of 85% shareholding of Avant, valued at 28 million Canadian dollars, is expected to be completed by 31st July, 2026 while the balance 15% will be acquired by 30th June, 2029, TechM said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.
