District Collector M. Abhishikth Kishore on Monday directed officials to resolve petitions received through the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) before their deadlines, and cautioned that no complaint should be allowed to be reopened.
Presiding over the PGRS review meeting at the Collectorate, Mr. Abhishikth Kishore instructed officials to accord high priority to the grievance portal and establish a tracking system for service-related petitions. He directed that complaints transferred from the Chief Minister’s Office be reviewed separately by the District Revenue Officer, with prompt follow-up action. Officials were also asked to maintain a dedicated register for petitions received during visits by the Chief Minister and Ministers to the district.
