Two sisters from Kottayam in Kerala, who had come on a trip to Kanniyakumari as tourists, allegedly killed themselves, and their bodies were washed ashore at Vavathurai in Kanniyakumari on Thursday.
According to police, the deceased were identified as Annie Philip, 35 and Meera Philip 32. Both were working in the United States as X-ray technician and computer engineer.
