An inter-State offender involved in a string of ATM-related frauds across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh was arrested by the Sultan Bazaar police, who also froze ₹2.4 lakh in his bank account.
The accused, identified as Intipalli Rama Rao alias Sriram alias Ramu, 31, was apprehended on Tuesday evening near an Indian Bank ATM close to the Taj Mahal Hotel at the Narayanguda flyover following a targeted operation based on CCTV analysis and technical tracking.
