Several entrepreneurs, businessmen, and industrialists attended the gathering organised by ‘Ratan Tata Innovation Hub’ (RTIH) under the theme ‘The Inflection Point – Family business meeting’ in Tirupati on Friday (May 15, 2026).
Amara Hospitals Managing Director Dr. Ramadevi Gourineni emphasised the importance of business families evolving with changing times while preserving their core values and social responsibility.
She said that families should hold the businesses together and not let the business hold the family together, highlighting the importance of strong family bonds in sustaining enterprises across generations.
She also referred to the transformational journey of Amara Raja group with strategising in tune with timely redirection and forward-thinking leadership.
Noted speakers Priyatej Kotapalli and Tej Pavan Singh Gandhok from Ideate Lab at O.P. Jindal Global University, along with Phillips Jacob Weil of P.J. Weil Limited and Wealth Transition Consultancy shared their insights on structural risk scan diagnostics, succession planning, governance structures, wealth transition and family business continuity.
RTIH CEO Vijayawanth Mathur reiterated the hub’s commitment to foster innovation, collaborative business ecosystems in Andhra Pradesh, in tune with Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s vision of ‘One family, One entrepreneur’.
