Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has invited global investors to explore opportunities in Andhra Pradesh. Describing Andhra Pradesh as a leader in ‘Speed of Doing Business’, he highlighted its investor-friendly policies, abundant land and water resources, robust infrastructure and skilled workforce.

Addressing a Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Partnership Summit Roadshow in Singapore on Tuesday, Mr. Naidu said Andhra Pradesh was emerging as India’s next economic growth engine and urged Singapore-based businesses to consider Amaravati as their ‘second home’.

He noted that Singapore had played a key role in preparing the master plan for Amaravati and continued to support its development.

Highlighting recent investments, Mr. Naidu said global steel major ArcelorMittal had received approvals in record time and was expected to commence production by 2028.

Emphasising skill development, connectivity and innovation, Mr. Naidu said Andhra Pradesh was investing heavily in ports, airports, highways, advanced technologies and startup ecosystems. He highlighted plans for a Financial District, Innovation Hub and a 133-qubit quantum computing project in Amaravati.

Stressing that startups and technology would drive future growth, the Chief Minister called upon global investors to partner with Andhra Pradesh and become part of India’s next phase of economic transformation.

CBN@361 Degrees

Earlier, the Chief Minister unveiled a book titled CBN@361 Degrees: Polymath in Singapore and used a series of high-profile engagements to position Andhra Pradesh as a premier destination for global investments, technology-driven growth and sustainable urban development.

The book was released at a programme organised by the Kakatiya Cultural Association. Written by Repatikosam Chief Editor Shakamuri Srinivasa Prasad and translated into English by retired IAS officer K.V. Satyanarayana, the book examines the key decisions taken by Mr. Naidu during his political career and portrays him as a visionary leader and reformer.

Mr. Naidu presented the first copies of the book to Indian High Commissioner to Singapore Shilpak Ambule, Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayana and representatives of the association.

The organisers also honoured the Chief Minister with a commemorative silver coin issued as part of the birth centenary celebrations of Singapore’s founding leader, Lee Kuan Yew. They announced plans to publish the book in Telugu, Hindi and other Indian languages.
