Union Minister of State for Steel and Heavy Industries Bhupathiraju Srinivasa Varma has said that the Union government is giving top priority to women’s empowerment and is committed to implementing women’s reservation by 2029.
Addressing the media here on Thursday, Mr. Srinivasa Varma criticised the Congress party and its allies for their “double standard” on the Women’s Reservation Bill.
