The Tamil Nadu government, on Wednesday (June 3, 2026), issued an order listing 34 Cabinet Ministers as in-charge of all 38 districts in the State.

The order said the Ministers designated for the respective districts would coordinate with District Collectors, Monitoring Officers, and district-level officials to expedite ongoing projects, ensure the delivery of welfare schemes, and carry out relief work during disasters.

The appointments are as follows:

  1. N. Anand (Minister for Rural Development and Water Resources) — Villupuram, Cuddalore
  2. Aadhav Arjuna (Minister for Public Works and Sports Development) — Chennai, Tiruvannamalai
  3. K.G. Arunraj (Minister for Health, Medical Education and Family Welfare) — Tiruppur
  4. K.A. Sengottaiyan (Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management) — Erode
  5. P. Venkataramanan (Minister for Food and Civil Supplies) — Mayiladuthurai
  6. R. Nirmalkumar (Minister for Energy Resources and Law) — Madurai, Theni
  7. Rajmohan (Minister for School Education, Tamil Development, Information and Publicity) — Perambalur
  8. T.K. Prabhu (Minister for Natural Resources) — Sivaganga
  9. S. Keerthana (Minister for Industries) — Krishnagiri
