The reversal of results in the Sringeri Assembly constituency, with the defeated BJP candidate D.N. Jeevaraj emerging victorious after recounting of postal ballets, took a twist on Monday (May 4). The Opposition BJP accused Speaker U.T. Khader of “intentionally” delaying the process of administering oath to Mr. Jeevaraj, and sought that Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot should step in and administer oath.
