Parivarthan for Parkinson’s Foundation, a non-profit working to improve the quality of life for people affected by Parkinson’s, offers free supportive care therapies at its centre in Arumbakkam on weekdays.
Parivarthan is offering this space to like-minded communities to use on weekends/ weekday evenings. This can be for small events, movie screenings (weekends), or classes by artists and musicians (weekday evenings).
The main hall can accommodate between 20 and 25 people comfortably, said a release. Charges for use of the space will be nominal to cover cleaning, electricity, and any other miscellaneous expenses, added the release.
