Banaganapalle Tahsildar Ramireddy Rajeev Reddy and surveyor S.K. Hussain Basha caught accepting the second instalment of a ₹1 lakh bribe demanded for regularising land

Officials of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday (May 4, 2026) trapped Banaganapalle Tahsildar Ramireddy Rajeev Reddy and surveyor S.K. Hussain Basha while they were allegedly taking ₹50,000 as bribe from a person in Nandyala district.

The accused had demanded ₹1 lakh as bribe for removing the complainant’s land from the dotted list and regularising it.
