Holy Cross College launched its Centre for Advanced Research in Audiology and Speech - Language Sciences to mark the 15^th anniversary of the institution’s Department of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology on Sunday (June 21, 2026).

The centre was inaugurated by Minister of Higher Education P. Viswananthan. K. Radhakrishnan, Regional Joint Director, Directorate of Collegiate Education, Tiruchi, V. Rajesh Kannan, Vice-Chancellor Committee Member, Bharathidasan University and Rev. Sr. Lourdu Adaikalasamy, Provincial, Province of Tiruchi, Sisters of the Cross of Chavanod, were among the special invitees present at the inaugural ceremony, according to an official press release.

In his address, Mr. Viswanathan said that the Ministry of Higher Education would always be available to serve students.

Principal Sr. P. Isabella Rajakumari and R. Sundaresan, associate professor and head, Department of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, spoke.
