The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has invited online applications from children of insured persons (IPs) for admission to MBBS, BDS and B.Sc. Nursing courses under the ESIC IP quota for the academic year 2026–27. Eligible candidates can apply online for the “Ward of IP Certificate” on or before May 28, 2026, till 11.59 p.m.

A total of 695 MBBS seats are available in ESIC medical colleges across India under the IP quota. Of these, 50 seats are allotted in Tamil Nadu, including 30 seats at ESIC Medical College, K.K Nagar, Chennai, and 20 seats at ESI Government Medical College and Hospital, Coimbatore. In addition, 28 BDS seats and 60 B.Sc. nursing seats are available under the quota. Candidates can visit the ESIC official website to check eligibility details.
