Minister for School Education Madhu Bangarappa has come down heavily on former Minister and BJP MLC H. Vishwanath for his comments on the pass percentage in SSLC examination.
“Mr. Vishwanath has insulted the teachers and parents by suggesting that malpractices improved the results,” said Mr. Bangarappa in a press conference here on Monday.
