West Bengal Governor R.N. Giving relief to a group of petitioners, the court ordered authorities, search engine operators and legal database platforms to de-index and disable their “name-based search functionality” in respect of judgments, orders and news articles cited by the petitioners.

The Odisha Government has granted permission for the construction of a road connecting State Highway 44 and the Sijimali hilltop to facilitate the transportation of bauxite in the Kashipur block of the Rayagada district.
