The Andhra Pradesh MSME Development Corporation signed a series of major agreements with leading national and global organisations during the MSME Growth Summit 2026 held on Monday, in the presence of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.

Mr. Naidu laid the foundation stones for 38 new MSME parks across the State and unveiled Rural Smart Village (RSV) Centres being developed under the Rural Technology and Innovation Hub (RTIH).

Set up at Mangalagiri, Pithapuram and Kuppam, the pilot RSV centres are expected to function as incubation and innovation centres for rural entrepreneurs.

Kia India partnered with RTIH to establish an advanced prototyping innovation centre. The facility will support startups with high-end precision manufacturing and prototyping infrastructure.

The State government also announced a ₹20-crore seed fund programme for deep-tech startups in collaboration with the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) and RTIH. The initiative is expected to provide financial support for emerging technology ventures.

Digital Transformation Facilitation Centres

To accelerate digital transformation among MSMEs, the MSME Development Corporation and the IT Department signed an agreement to establish 50 Digital Transformation Facilitation Centres in various colleges as part of a Digital Maturity Assessment programme, targeting one lakh MSMEs.

An agreement was also signed with the ESSEL to conduct energy and water audits and diagnostic studies in 1,000 MSME units and clusters. The State government announced a ₹200 crore Cluster Development Programme, aimed at supporting 750 MSMEs and generating employment for 3,125 people.

Special entrepreneurship training programmes will also be launched for differently-abled youth.

The Andhra Pradesh MSME Development Corporation entered into a partnership with the India SME Forum to study growth opportunities in 10 MSME clusters across different sectors. To improve digital readiness and technology adoption among MSMEs, agreements were signed with Vodafone Idea Business and Zoho Corporation. The programmes aim to train and digitally empower one lakh MSMEs across the State.

For export promotion and access to international markets, the corporation signed an agreement with Amazon Global Selling to support Andhra Pradesh-made products in global e-commerce markets. Global logistics provider Aramex also partnered with the state to strengthen logistics support, cross-border trade and export capabilities for MSMEs.

Meta Platforms agreed to support capacity building for one lakh micro enterprises, while the Quality Council of India will assist MSMEs in product certification and compliance with international quality standards.

Social security awareness

The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority signed an agreement to support MSMEs in implementing the National Pension System and improving financial and social security awareness among entrepreneurs and workers.

Ministers Kondapalli Srinivas, T.G. Bharat and D.B.V. Swamy, along with senior officials including Industries Secretary N. Yuvaraj, participated in the programme.
