The HinduTamil Thisai, in association with Canara Robeco Mutual Fund, will organise a special event titled ‘Pengal Balam Vazhvathaaram’ in Chennai on Saturday focusing on women’s financial growth and investment awareness. The programme is to guide women on financial planning, investment practices, and achieving economic independence through informed savings and mutual fund investments.

Women above 21 years of age who are interested in learning about mutual fund investments can participate in the session.

K. Gopinath, National Head (Core Banking Channel and Institutional Sales) and financial expert Soma Valliappan will participate as special guests and share insights on investment and financial management.

According to the organisers, the event forms part of The Hindu Tamil Thisai’s continuing series of public outreach programmes conducted across different sectors. The event will be held at Samavesh Hall in Savera Hotel, on Dr. Radhakrishnan Salai, Mylapore, from 4 p.m. onwards.

A hi-tea session has also been arranged as part of the programme. Entry to the event is free.
