Chennai Metrowater will hold open house meetings in all its 15 area offices in the city on May 9, to address the grievances of residents.
A press release said the meetings would be held between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Residents may present their grievances related to water supply and sewage disposal at these meetings to be chaired by superintending engineers. Consumers may also submit their complaints related to water, sewer tax and charges, and pending water and sewer connections.
Such meetings are held every second Saturday of the month. The meetings will also host discussions on the maintenance of rainwater harvesting structures.
