The Delhi University on Tuesday released the first postgraduate (PG) admission allocation list for 2026-27, filling 11,548 seats across 74 programmes.
As per an official statement, candidates allotted seats in the first round can accept them until Wednesday (June 17) and complete fee payment by Friday (June 19) through the centralised portal. Applicants can log in to the University’s centralised admission portal and complete the admission formalities within the stipulated deadlines.
Seats have been allocated across categories, including Unreserved (UR), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) [OBC-NCL], Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Kashmiri Migrants (KM), Single Girl Child (SGC), and Orphan.
The University stated that admissions under performance-based programmes such as MA Music, Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed.), Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.), Master of Fine Arts (MFA), as well as the Children/Widows (CW) and Sports categories, will be conducted in the third round.
The postgraduate admission portal had opened on May 16. Candidates seeking admission are required to meet the eligibility criteria prescribed for their chosen programme and must have appeared for the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate programmes (CUET-PG) in the relevant paper.
The admission process for undergraduate programmes is yet to begin.
