The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has carried out its weekend footpath clearance drive on Saturday, removing a total 896 encroachments across its six zones.
Of the total, 440 were permanent structures, and 456 were temporary encroachments, a statement from GHMC informed.
